No. Every lead is exclusive: one homeowner request goes to one pro.
How do I pay?
You buy a prepaid block of 20, 30 or 50 leads by card. No contract and no monthly fee. The price depends on the trade, and you see it before you pay.
How do leads reach me?
By push notification in the PM+ app and by email, with the homeowner’s name, number, address and what they need.
Where do the leads come from?
Homeowners inside the radius you choose who asked for a quote on PM+. Every request is checked first: real phone numbers, and spam filtered out.
What is auto re-up?
When a block runs low, auto re-up buys the same block again so you never run dry. You choose when it refills, or turn it off any time in the app.
Can I take a break?
Yes. Pause new leads from the app for a vacation or a busy stretch. Your blocks keep their balance.
How soon do leads start?
Your first lead usually arrives within 7 days.
Do I have to bid on jobs?
No bidding and no auctions. If a request is in your area and trade, and it’s your turn in the rotation, it’s yours.
