How Jobs Flow Through The System
EXCLUSIVE ($7.99) Jobs:
Go to Tier 1 contractors first (2-4 hour exclusive window, max 5 contractors). Drops to Tier 2 after 4 hours, then Tier 3 after 24 hours.
PROFESSIONAL ($4.99) Jobs:
Go to Tier 2 contractors first (12-24 hour window, 5-15 contractors). Drops to Tier 3 after 24 hours.
STANDARD ($3.99) Jobs:
Go directly to Tier 3 contractors (25-75 contractors can purchase). Stay in queue up to 7 days.
DISCOUNTING:
Days 4-5: Lead price drops 15%. Days 6-7: Lead price drops 30%. After 7 days: Job expires.
Your card is charged when you post. If no contractor responds within 7 days, you’ll automatically receive a credit for a future Standard posting.

Your base rate is always set by the biggest market you serve. Adding a larger market? Your base adjusts to that market’s rate, and your previous areas become add-ons.
Example: A Tier 2 contractor in Corpus Christi ($1,500/mo) adds Houston. Their base becomes $2,500/mo (Houston rate), and Corpus Christi shifts to an add-on (+$100/mo). Total: $2,600/mo.

Do property owners pay a subscription?
No! Property owners only pay per job when they need help ($3.99-$7.99 depending on tier). There are no monthly fees or subscriptions for customers.
How do contractors purchase leads?
Contractors subscribe monthly to their service area and tier ($500-$4,500 depending on tier and market size). They can then browse available jobs and purchase individual leads ($50-$200 depending on tier and job type) that interest them. All lead purchases are final with no refunds or credits.
What's the difference between tiers?
Higher tiers get earlier access to jobs with less competition. Tier 1 Premium gets first look at Exclusive jobs with a 2-4 hour exclusive window (only 1-5 vendors), Tier 2 Professional gets first access to Professional jobs (5-15 vendors), and Tier 3 Standard accesses Standard jobs immediately with more competition (25-75 vendors) but lower costs.
Are all contractors verified?
Yes! Every contractor must provide business license, proof of insurance, and good standing certificate. We verify all credentials before granting access to the marketplace.
How does the job timing system work?
Exclusive ($7.99) jobs go to Tier 1 vendors first (2-4 hour exclusive window, max 5 vendors). Professional ($4.99) jobs go to Tier 2 vendors first (12-24 hour window). Standard ($3.99) jobs go directly to Tier 3 vendors. If jobs aren't filled, they cascade to lower tiers. Lead prices drop 15% on days 4-5 and 30% on days 6-7. Jobs expire after 7 days.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Contractors can cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of your billing period. No refunds on unused portion or purchased leads.
How do service areas work?
Your base subscription includes 1 service area. Additional areas cost $50-$400/month depending on your tier and market size (Large/Medium/Small markets). You'll see exact pricing for your specific areas during signup.
